We are Harmonized Good Agricultural Practices Plus + certified by South Carolina Department of Agriculture and the United States Department of Agriculture. Our comprehensive audit includes Field Operations and Harvesting and additionally Post Harvest audits.
City Roots is audited for and complies with the Federal Food Safety Modernization act for large farms.
We participate in regular and unannounced audits by State and Federally licensed inspectors.
City Roots partners with food distributors who similarly uphold the highest food safety standards and maintain good standing with third-party inspectors.
